Using "Suspend later" functionality

• Enable access to the new function:
  • Go to Provisioning -> Employees -> View/Edit employee groups
  • Edit your group (and any other groups that should have access to this functionality).
  • Enable the checkbox next to Suspend customer package later and click Apply changes.

• Go to any active customer record:
  • Go to the Packages section
  • Under the Status column, there should now be a Suspend later link; click it.
  • Select the suspension date and reason and click Suspend later.
