Using "Suspend later" functionality
- Enable access to the new function:
- Go to Provisioning -> Employees -> View/Edit employee groups
- Edit your group (and any other groups that should have access to this functionality).
- Enable the checkbox next to Suspend customer package later and click Apply changes.
- Go to any active customer record:
- Go to the Packages section
- Under the Status column, there should now be a Suspend later link; click it.
- Select the suspension date and reason and click Suspend later.
