- Full PayPal support for customer payment via browser redirect from self-service

- New concept of sales persons as distinct from agents (used for companies) or employees (login into the backoffice interface).
- Per-package sales people, sales person commissions.

- Clear existing coordinate fields on address edit
- Search by credit card number or masked credit card number
