<p>We've successfully installed Freeside 4.2, and I've tried to add
Request-Tracker as the Freeside ticketing system. I'm now at the
place where we get the RT at a glance page when a user clicks the
"Ticketing Main" link at the top of the Freeside webpage. <br>

<p>The results look like this: <br>

As you can see, there's no Queue available to use for the new
ticket. My guess is that we need to add that value to the database,
but the install procedure at <a
href="http://www.freeside.biz/mediawiki/index.php/Freeside:3:Documentation:RT_Installation">http://www.freeside.biz/mediawiki/index.php/Freeside:3:Documentation:RT_Installation</a>
says nothing about this.<br>

That same documentation also stops making sense at step 3 of
"Bootstrap RT's permissions", since the Configuration ->
Ticketing menu option doesn't exist. I suspect that this is due to
how we're using Freeside 4.2 instead of Freeside 3.x.<br>
