ivan: merge http://www.freeside.biz/mediawiki/index.php/Freeside-queued into the POD docs in freeside-queued (HEAD and FREESIDE_1_7_BRANCH) and relink anything you'd pointed there to Freeside:1.7:Documentation:Developer/bin/freeside-queued

when you make new documentation pages, such as the "Backend_service" one you link to, put them under Freeside:1.7:Documentation:

equip + setup fees

I totally don't see a problem with making packages for one-time fees for
equipment or circuit installs. There's development scheduled in 1.9
that will make it easier to order a bundle with those packages.

Just use a flat price plan with no recurring frequency or recurring fee.
Put the charge in as the setup fee.
